Apricus Flora Refund Policy

At Apricus Flora, we strive to provide high-quality seed cocoons and eco-friendly planting solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



Refund & Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.



Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or used seed cocoons, as they are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the seller directly).


Refund Process
